At the end of the development phase, the implementation and testing of the developed prevention measures will start first in one institutional accommodation as a pilot.
Experience in implementing prevention measures in other settings has shown that individual advice, support and implementation are often required when a new setting is opened up for prevention, as it is the case with the setting of institutional accommodation. It is assumed that the implementation process per community accommodation will take about half a year. The implementation takes place after the evaluation of the pilot in several waves, in several institutional accommodations in Stuttgart.

An evaluation with regard to acceptance and feasibility is carried out among the relevant actors of the setting using qualitative methods and, if necessary, appropriate conceptual adjustments to the multi-component prevention concept are made.
The work results and processes are continuously displayed in the control group and presented and discussed in the advisory board. On this basis, further implementations in shared accommodation in Stuttgart will take place until the end of the project.
In the implementation of prevention measures and concepts, it has been shown that success is also crucially dependent on the measures being reconciled with the respective, often different structures in the field. This usually requires individual consulting and support during and after the implementation process, which are also provided by PraeWi's staff.
